Council Meetings

The Council aims to be open in its dealings. You are very welcome to attend any Council meeting.

Time is allocated at all meeting for members of the public to raise issues or matters of concern. We would ask that, wherever possible, you submit your items or questions in writing to the Clerk (see below) in advance of the meeting that you wish to attend.

The Community Council meets on the second Tuesday of each month (except August) at 7pm in a variety of locations throughout the area covered by the Community Council. To find out where a meeting is being held, please download the Calendar or contact the Clerk on 01443 227094 or via email.

Only very occasionally does the Council exclude the public from parts of its dealings and only for very sensitive reasons such as commercial or personal/personnel.
